Services built around the zone, not just the box

Every service below starts from the same question: what has to stay at what temperature, in what quantity, on which route. Core body programs come first, then the supporting work that keeps zoned bodies performing.

Core programs

Core programs

The two programs most fleets start with. Both are engineered from the customer's load plan, and both are delivered with a zone map and a setpoint schedule.

Flagship

Multi-Temperature Refrigerated Truck Bodies

A complete insulated truck body divided into two or three independent temperature zones. Each zone gets its own evaporator, airflow path, sealed insulated bulkhead, and digital setpoint, so frozen, chilled, and ambient freight can be carried together without cross-zone drift. Bodies are built to the customer's load plan and delivered as a route-ready unit that mounts on the specified chassis.

What it changes: one truck replaces the two or three vehicles a mixed order used to require. Trip count drops, labor hours drop, and every product category arrives inside its required temperature band.

  • Two or three fully independent temperature zones in a single body.
  • Foam-core sandwich wall construction with sealed insulated bulkheads.
  • Zone-by-zone refrigeration, ducting, and digital setpoint control.

Lead time 6–9 weeks · Planning ranges from $24,000 per body

Slip-In & Bolt-On Refrigerated Body Kits

Pre-engineered refrigerated bodies sized for common light- and medium-duty chassis. Panels ship flat with pre-terminated wiring harnesses, door hardware, and a step-by-step assembly guide, so a local shop can complete the build without a welding line or a dedicated body plant.

What it changes: a lower entry cost and a shorter lead time than a full custom build, with the vehicle back in service days after the kit lands.

  • Pre-engineered body sizes that mount with minimal modification to the truck.
  • Flat-shipped panel kits that cut freight cost and keep vehicles in service.
  • Wiring, door hardware, and control harnesses pre-terminated at the factory.

Supporting services

Supporting services

Partitioning, conversion, parts, and service work that keeps zoned bodies holding their setpoints after the delivery day.

Insulated Bulkheads & Zone Partition Systems

Fixed and removable insulated partitions that divide an existing cargo space into controlled zones. Each bulkhead is cut to the body's interior dimensions, sealed against roof, walls, and floor, and supplied with a gasketed perimeter and optional pass-through door.

Why it matters: zone separation that actually holds — no warm-air bleed past a loose partition, and no added load on the refrigeration system.

Lead time 2–3 weeks

Body Retrofit & Zone Conversion

Conversion of an existing single-temperature refrigerated body into a two- or three-zone body. Includes interior survey, zone layout, bulkhead fabrication, added evaporator and ducting work, and setpoint reconfiguration of the existing control panel where the panel supports it.

Why it matters: multi-temperature capability without buying a new vehicle, which spreads the upgrade cost across a fleet already in service.

Lead time 3–6 weeks

Replacement Panels, Doors & Hardware

Replacement foam-core sandwich panels, insulated doors, stainless-steel hinges, retainers, and EPDM door gaskets, produced to the original body drawings so repairs restore the thermal envelope instead of patching it.

Why it matters: damage is repaired to original performance rather than sealed over, which keeps zone temperature stable and preserves body value.

Lead time 5–10 business days

Fleet Service, Sealing & Temperature Verification

Scheduled service visits covering bulkhead and door seal inspection, gasket replacement, airflow checks, drainage and floor inspection, and a documented setpoint verification run with a printed zone record for each vehicle.

Why it matters: zone drift gets caught before it becomes a rejected delivery, and each truck carries a dated record showing it held its setpoints.

Scheduled, recurring · Recommended every six months

Zone Layout & Load Plan Engineering

A standalone engineering service for fleets that want the layout settled before committing to a build. Deliverables are a zone map with volumes, a door and access layout, an airflow plan, and a setpoint schedule matched to the product mix.

Why it matters: the design decision is made on paper with real numbers, so the body that gets ordered matches the routes it will run.

Lead time 5–7 business days · $1,900 – $2,600 standalone

Refrigeration Integration

Compressor unit mounting, evaporator placement, ducting, control wiring, and setpoint configuration handled as part of every body build, or delivered as mounting provisions and a documented connection schedule when the customer supplies its own unit.

Why it matters: one supplier owns the body, the airflow path, and the setpoints, so no gap sits between the body and the refrigeration system.

Production

Built and finished in our own shop

Panel production, bulkhead fabrication, floor assembly, and final sealing are handled in-house, so a single team owns the thermal envelope from the first panel to the verification run.
